The Region is composed of a great diversity of characters in all the technician-scientific environments, poets, composers, religious, teachers and professionals that make of our City a very complete community.

That dynamic and cosmopolitan personality has involved us in innovative tendencies that now experience the challenge of being channeled toward a sustainable world economy of first level.
